Coffee fits in a balanced, healthy lifestyle

When drinking instant coffee like Moccona, without milk and sugar, you're enjoying a drink that is very low in kilojoules and 100% natural. Even with a little milk, coffee is low in kilojoules. A cup of instant coffee with 30ml of skim milk and no sugar contains just 53kJ.[1] The average 375ml can of cola-based soft drink contains 630kJ! And one teaspoon of sugar adds 68kJ to your coffee – that's more than the total kilojoule content of the coffee itself![1] Click for product nutrition tables.

So if you're trying to watch the kilojoules, don't fear, coffee fits into a balanced and healthy diet and can form part of a shape management program. Just remember to drink your coffee in moderation of up to 3-4 cups a day.[2]
